My name is Leanne and I am a Life Coach for Women.
Several years ago
I felt like giving up.
Being in an emotionally
abusive relationship
had really taken its toll
on my mind, body and soul.
Every aspect of my life was tarnished and broken.
Leaving the relationship was liberating yet terrifying.
I felt alone in my journey and became desperate for answers, for a solution on how to heal.
So I decided to embark on a journey.
A journey of

Self Love.
I searched for answers every day for the next 13 years.
Yearning to finally reach the point where I could use my story and turn it into something powerful.
A story that could support other women to heal.

How can Self Love help?
Self Love and Unconditional Positive Regard is an internal force that charges our energy. It aids in recovery and helps to support emotional rehabilitation on a deeper level.
Leanne provided an open, welcoming space that allowed me to feel safe and able to talk with her. She was professional yet empathetic throughout and I felt listened to and respected. Leanne encouraged me to challenge negative thoughts and suggested alternative ways of thinking; something I would have found a lot more difficult to do without her support and guidance. By using the principles of Talking Therapy, you will be provided with a safe space to share your experiences in a confidential setting. A powerful way to take control of your own narrative.
Process
After your story has been shared it is time that we process what happened. Not one size fits all so this session will be catered to your story and the approaches will be person specific.
Reflect
Breaking down what happened to you on a deeper level. Enhancing understanding promotes inner strength.
Clarity
Expanding your knowledge on your experiences will support your inner self to begin to realise not only what happened to you but ‘why?’. Often sessions will bring breakthrough moments and shift self blame and guilt from oneself.
Release
It is time. Time to begin to release the negative energy. To accept what happened to you and begin to use your experiences to strengthen your inner core. An empowering session which will assist in the gentle transition to healing.

Module 4
Stress Management and Emotional Regulation
A concept explored throughout all modules but an opportunity to fine tune it after your exploration and experience of the previous modules. A real focus on self care and how to embrace it in every day practice for the rest of your life.
Why do I require Stress Management
When you have experienced emotional abuse the trauma that you have suffered directly impacts your body and brain’s abilisty to manage stress effectively.
Why? Because you were so use to it being part of your every day life.
Time to manage is, release it - It no longer serves you.
What is Emotional Rehabilitation?
Regulating your emotions so you feel in control. Emotional shifting can be really powerful so regulation is required to ensure you can feel safe within yourself again

Through meditation, reflective thinking and powerful realisation
